EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OUR SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.3 No Guarantee of Results

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

10. Termination

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute:

  3. Any litigation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming
